Anyone who wants some tips about how to improve their professional performance may want to head to Ubud next month.

A three-day seminar entitled Inspire will be taking place in the city with the aim of enabling participants to improve their leadership qualities as well as gaining better motivation, energy levels and productivity.

Running from May 19th until May 21st, the event is open to anyone who wants to become a more successful leader.

Sebastian Henry and Simon Wong, both experienced personal development trainers, will be leading the sessions.

Mr Wong has spent more than 15 years working in management and leadership roles, as well as coaching those in high-powered positions.

With qualifications in both philosophy and psychology, Mr Henry is ideally placed to offer practical advice and help about how to improve management techniques.

He is also a qualified executive coach, who aims to help those on his courses become inspirational leaders.

The seminar is being held at the Santi Mandala Villa and Spa, which is located in Ubud near the Jalan Raya Negara.

Anyone who wants to attend needs to register with Progress-U, the company organising the event, before May 19th.
